Q What is pre-order procedure?

3 easy steps to have your online orders done!:
STEP 1 → Please visit tigershop online shopping website http://www.tigerairshop.com.tw
STEP 2 → Book your favorites and fill up your credit card information.
STEP 3 → Get items on board and have the payment.
Pre-order promotion might not be applicable for specific brand items and tobacco.

Requirement of minimum purchase amount per order: NT$ 1,500.
Reminder: Must bring the same credit card which you used in the pre-order website to pick up on board.

Q What kind of the payment type be accepted?
A.
It is our pleasure to provide the inflight sales; and we appreciate your using credit card instead of cash due to limited change for return.
● Credit cards accepted are including Visa and Master Card.
● Only NTD is accepted for the credit card purchase.
● Maximum Card limit is NTD20,000.

The following cards are not accepted for inflight purchase:
● Debit cards and credit cards requires real-time authorization from the banks.
● Cards in novelty formats without magnetic stripes, such as key cards, wristwatch cards, and mini football cards.
● Final transactions are subject to inflight sales system.

Q About pick up on board
A.
1. In order to secure your pre-order, please use the same credit card which you used in the pre-order website to pick up on board.
2. It have to be the passenger’s own credit card and provide to cabin crew to confirm the identity when picking up the goods.
3. If the passenger cannot provide the same credit card to identity, Tigerair Taiwan Duty Free Online Shop can refuse this order and cancel this order automatically.
4. Due to limited storage space on board, some products may not provide.
5. Cash multi-functional credit card are not accepted for purchase of inflight duty-free items (such as DEBIT CARD, ICASH CREDIT CARD, etc.). Please do not use, final transactions are set up by POS sales system.

請提防假造來電顯示的詐騙電話!台灣虎航不會於非上班時間以電話方式聯繫旅客確認訂單內容或核對資料,免稅商品僅限機上交易,不允許分期付款與自動扣款的付費方式,若您接獲類似電話請勿提供任何金融資料,並請撥165反詐騙專線查詢。
 
1.詐騙能竄改顯示號碼:
歹徒可能假冒、竄改來電顯示成110、165或其他正常市內電話,請不要上當!接獲電話不要提供往來銀行電話、信用卡資料…等金融資料,對方可能竄改成您提供的電話號碼撥給您以取得信任。
 
2.詐騙專挑非上班時間:
台灣虎航會計、財務、客服部門人員不會於『非上班時間』以電話或簡訊與您聯繫訂單或修改訂單事宜,若您接到不明來電或簡訊請您留意。如果您還是不放心,請在上班時間以電子郵件或電話聯絡我們,我們將盡速為您服務。
 
3.詐騙你勾錯選項:
台灣虎航免稅品僅限機上交易,付款方式沒有「分期付款」與「自動扣款」的選項,更不可能因勾選錯誤自動扣款。會計、財務部門更不會主動致電給您,要求至ATM操作系統,請您千萬不要受騙!
 
4.不要去ATM操作:
ATM沒有任何「取消設定」的功能,尤其不要以『英文介面』做任何操作。詐騙會用『假的來電顯示』,冒充任何人指揮您用ATM把錢匯到歹徒的戶頭!
 
5.不要怕麻煩,小心查證:
別因小失大、別受恐嚇,請留待上班日解決。遇可疑電話,請撥打165反詐騙專線或來信與我們客服中心聯繫。
防止新型態網路詐騙,呼籲全民提高警覺防詐騙。
